Our 100% Australian-made Tyvek wristbands are unique in that they are the only Tyvek wristbands manufactured in Australia, here in Queensland. Bar-coding your tyvek wristband provides additional functionality. A barcode is designed to confidentially store large amounts of information, with this information accessed using special bar coding software. Bar-coded Tyvek is a low cost, high value wristband used primarily at events and large venues to identify and categorise guests for security purposes, and to store information. Both linear and 2D bar-codes (using symbols) can be incorporated.

2D barcodes provide the exciting capability of being programmed to link to your website when scanned with a smartphone. The sales and marketing potential of this is tremendous, especially at events, clubs and festivals.

Wristband Usage

25mm Bar-coded Tyvek Wristbands are used for many purposes, and are ideal for identifying different groups at the one event.
• Barcoded tyvek can replace RFID at theme parks and waterparks where cashless transactions are not required
• Event identification and security, especially at festivals, concerts, parties and large venues.
• Theme Park, Water Park and general attractions - guest identification and entry, often in place of tickets
• Conference and meeting identification in place of lanyards
• General entry categorisation at small events, fetes, bars/clubs etc in place of 'easy to replicate' stamps
• We highly recommend that bar-codes on wristbands are restricted to black on white, but the rest of the wristband can incorporate colour as required.
