Artwork Specifications
Due to differences in browsers, monitors and operating systems the actual colour of products and colour swatches on this site may differ from actual colours. This is out of our control. If you have any specific questions relating to colours, please contact our friendly team and we will be happy to assist you in any way we can.
Some products such as the silicone and lanyard range, allow you to select the exact PMS (Pantone Matching System) colour you want. Feel free to browse through our PMS Colour Chart below to aid in your colour choice. Once again, our team are happy to give you advice on colour choices.

Please try to ensure that files are 300 dpi or higher.
Fonts
If your artwork contains a special font, please send the font to us along with your artwork. This will allow for the editing of your text. If your text requires no editing, please ensure that fonts are outlined (this applies to .ai and .eps files)
Artwork Files
AAC ID Solutions uses "Vector Art" to create a high quality print output, ensuring your print quality is superb. Generally we prefer .eps .ai or .cdr files as they are fully editable and of the highest quality. (PLEASE NOTE: Simply saving your bitmap file as an .eps file will not create a true vector output).
Only have a jpeg, tiff or gif file? Don't worry, our graphics team is very experienced and can work magic with almost anything! However, converting this artwork may incur a charge of $65 per hour.

Artwork Approval
We will fax or e-mail proof of your artwork to you BEFORE we begin production of your custom product.
Any changes to your artwork must be communicated to us prior to the approval and we will make the alterations and changes that you have requested.
You are required to approve your artwork in writing, by return fax or e-mail. Once this has been received, we will then commence the production of your order.
